Welcome to the 2005 Russian-German Laser Symposium (RGLS) web-site!
RGLS is an established, traditional meeting of laser communities of both Russian and Germany, which is hosted in turn by German and Russian labs on a regular basis. In 2005, RGLS will be hosted by the Institute of Applied Physics, Russian Academy of Sciences, in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia, with the postconference lab visit to Moscow.

  • Femtosecond optics and physics of super strong laser field
  • Adaptive laser systems and high-precision measurements
  • Biomedical optics

will covering about 60 % of the available session time. The scientific program will host oral and poster sessions.
